
Skype to offer refunds after outage
Skype says it will issue refunds to clients unable to make calls while a recent massive service outage.
Audio, video and instant messaging are running normally however several of the company's other offerings, including offline IM and Group Video Calling, are not available but, he said.
Pay As You Go and Pre-Pay users would receive a Skype Credit voucher via e-mail for roughly 30 minutes of free calling to landlines anywhere in the world, Bates said.
