Spratt named Quirk CEO
He will take over from founding CEO Rob Stokes, as Stokes moves to take the position of CEO of the Group Holding Company, which includes oversight of the Quirk agencies in Cape Town, Johannesburg and London, as then as several other Quirk businesses, including BrandsEye and IdeaBounty.
It is expected that Stokes will spend more time abroad focusing on the group's international expansion on the back of growing interest in Quirk's London business. Stokes has as well prioritised extending the group's education and consulting arms.
The VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol)
Spratt earlier ran the VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), mobile and WiFi business at Internet Solutions, and prior to that, worked for investment bank Morgan Stanley on the credit derivatives trading desk.
