Embedded within a Nokia device, the IP Telecommunications solutions provided by Digifonica will allow clients to place VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) calls directly from their phones. Clients can place and receive telephone calls from every major fixed, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), Mobile and Wireless carrier in the world via local WiFi access points nevertheless found in consumers homes, offices, and tens of thousands of wireless hotspots worldwide. Digifonica has patent-pending VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) framework and technologies with high quality of service which allows low cost international calling and ability to provide 999 and 112 emergency services, a new requirement for all UK VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) service providers in 2008.

The JustCallMe VoWiFi research will be available through the Nokia Download! service. The services will allow users the ability to provision the phones suddenly through a self-installing SMS message, or through a plug-in. Digifonica has signed a contract to allow Nokia to distribute the application and access this service.

Digifonica will be demonstrating the JustCallMe service at the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona.
