
Tiscali Selects Sigma Systems for Voice and Data Provisioning Over FTTH and ADSL
MILAN, ITALY — FTTH Europe Conference 2011 -- Sigma Systems, an industry leader in Advanced IP Service Fulfillment solutions, today announced that Tiscali, one of the leading independent telecommunication companies in Italy, will deploy its Telco Services Accelerator to activate and provision voice and data services across Tiscali's customer base of over 700,000 subscribers.

Recently announced and built on its award-winning Service Management Portfolio of service fulfillment solutions, Sigma Systems' Telco Services Accelerator will enable Tiscali to quickly provision VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and broadband services over both its fiber-to-the home and ADSL networks. The platform provides an operational cost savings via full automation of order management, provisioning and activation. This automation will allow Tiscali to go to market faster with new service offerings, and reduce service rollout times by as much as 12 months.
