Crown Equity Holdings Inc. recently announced that it has entered into a joint venture to deploy VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) research delivering voice, video and data services to residential and commercial clients. The joint venture company is Crown Tele Services Inc. which was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crown Equity Holdings Inc. Crown Equity Holdings Inc. will own fifty percent interest in the joint venture.

L-3 Communications Holdings, Inc. reported an 8% increase in diluted revenues per share to $2.24 for the quarter ended September 30, 2011 compared with $2.07 for the quarter ended September 24, 2010. Net sales of $3.8 billion decreased by in broad outline 1% compared to the 2010 third quarter.
