
Viber brings free VoIP calling
Viber, the free VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) calling and text messaging service available for the iPhone, is now available as an Android app. Viber allows users to make calls and send messages to other Viber users for free using their phones' data plans.
Viber works over 3G, 4G, and Wi-Fi connections. It has a pop-up notifier for new messages, and a full screen display for incoming calls. You can view your standard call log within the Viber app as so then.
