Vitelity Communications CEO to Speak at AstriCon

Voice over IP research provider Vitelity Communications will be exhibiting at AstriCon, the annual Asterisk PBX (Private -Automatic- Branch Exchange) user conference and expo taking place Oct. 25-27 at the Westin Hotel in Westminster, Colo. The show brings at the same time Asterisk software users and developers for three days of presentations, breakout sessions and training.

Vitelity co-founder and chief executive officer Chris Hall is speaking on the topic of session initiation protocol security on Wednesday, Oct. 26 from 1:45 - 2:20 p.m. His presentation will include discussions on network security, domestic and international server security processes and polices and advanced scripting and monitoring.

“With tens of thousands of clients worldwide and more than fifty thousand Asterisk registrations to date, Chris is so then-positioned to share his expertise with the Asterisk community,” said Scott Navratil, Vitelity vice president of sales and marketing. “We see growing concern in the VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) industry about VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and PBX security. Since Vitelity has experienced zero network infiltrations in more than five years, Chris’ topic will be very useful and enlightening to conference attendees looking to improve their security awareness.”
