VP Fund Services

One of the worlds most prestigious bulge bracket banks is recruiting a VP to join their global fund services team. The team works across asset management, investment management, as then as with customers both in with back office, middle office and fund administration. The teams are in substance responsible for both business management and strategic development. Responsibilities include, now are not limited to, business expansion and growth through organic and inorganic M&A opportunities, the analysis of new markets and emerging market space also as client and product groups, business effectiveness through providing strategic advice across the product group and effectively communicating across business divisions. Candidates should be prepared to challenge the management team on issues & opportunities. Exactly the candidate will be responsible for the development of the business strategy; utilising financial and business analysis to communicate recommendations, requirements and areas of focus. Other responsibilities will include the creation of appropriate sales and marketing materials and preparing senior management presentations and reports to deliver to the executive board. Candidates should posses excellent academics from a red brick university or equivalent. They have to posses previous fund experience, strategy experience is a bonus yet isnt essential.
