
Webinar Series: E911 Solutions for VoIP and UC Deployments
911 Enable (News - Alert), a division of Connexon Telecom, is presenting a comprehensive webinar series entitled ‘E911 Solutions for VoIP and UC Deployments’ scheduled to be held during October and November. A complete and detailed view of E911 for IP telephony will be covered during the webinar series which will also include topics such as complying with state and local E911 legislation, managing IP phone locations, as well as ensuring proper emergency call routing to Public Safety Answering Points.
"E911 for IP Telephony: What You Should Know,” will be the first webinar in the series that will cover the fundamentals of E911 and IP telephony. IP telephony administrator, resellers, integrators and consultants will benefit from this introductory-level presentation where they will learn about E911 as well as its workings. The impacts of VoIP and UC on E911 will also be covered along with E911 regulation compliances. The webinar will also illustrate the various different E911 solutions deployed currently. Following this series, there will be a host of other webinars which will provide in-depth knowledge on 911 Enable’s solutions for leading VoIP and UC vendors that include the likes of Avaya (News - Alert), Aastra, Cisco, ShoreTel, and Microsoft. These webinars will be an extension of the previous ones, with the pre-requisite of basic E911 fundamentals where the attendees will learn about the impact of IP telephony on E911. The webinar will also give an overview on latest 911 Enable’s products and services and talk about the seamless integration of E911 solutions with each vendor specific platform.
