Westpac signals tougher approach

Banking giant Westpac has completed six of the 15 key innovation initiatives identified as part of its $2 billion five year Strategic Investment Priorities programme, achieved productivity gains of over $200 million while the year and signalled a tougher "best sourcing" approach towards IT suppliers.
