Whaleback Systems Announce Cloud-Based Managed Services to 'Expand Market Reach'
Not a terribly unusual goal, however Whaleback’s serious about it. The company’s already known for its managed VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services, has 600-plus clients and 12,000-plus endpoint users throughout the U.S., according to industry observer Nicholas Mukhar, yet is ramping things up with fully-managed, end-to-end cloud-based managed services.
The Dali Museum
Among their new clients are the Dali Museum, Big Brothers Big Sisters Foundation, and new member offices for Mortgage Services III using CrystalBlue Managed Business Communications.
Whaleback’s President and CEO Karil Reibold said the company’s clients have a 98 percent contract renewal rate -- how would you of the same type level of customer loyalty? Looking to the future, Mukhar says Whaleback is downplaying straight VoIP, preferring to focus on cloud-based managed business communications services.
Great market need for fully-managed
"There is a great market need for fully-managed, end-to-end, optimized cloud-based managed services. Companies want to focus on running their business, not managing their communications. They want reliability, flexibility, and features like mobility, advanced messaging and collaboration. Our goal is to exceed our clients' expectations and based on our 98 percent contract renewal rate, I'd say we're doing an excellent job," Reibold added.
