NEENAH - Jonathan McKellips has been promoted to general manager of Menasha Packaging's Neenah Complex, which includes corrugated manufacturing facilities in Neenah, Green Lake and Hartford. McKellips joined Menasha Packaging in 2005 as an account manager and was promoted to sales manager for the Neenah plant in 2007. He holds a bachelor's degree in interpersonal communications from Cardinal Stritch University.

APPLETON - John Zacharkiw recently was hired as a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) Technician at Unitel Inc. Zacharkiw has 15 years of experience in the information innovation field

NEENAH - Paul Makurat was promoted to managing director of Wisconsin care teams for the customer care business unit of Alta Resources. Makurat has more than 14 years of experience at Alta. He has a bachelor's degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Alta is a Neenah-based sales, customer care, eBusiness and fulfillment solutions company, with operations in Wisconsin, Michigan, California and the Philippines.

The following staff changes

Batley CPA LLC has announced the following staff changes: Mark Danielski joins as manager of the firm's Appleton office. Danielski is a certified public accountant and a graduate of UW-Whitewater; Wade Hanson has been promoted and has taken an ownership interest in the Batley firm. Hanson is a graduate of Viterbo University and has seven years of professional experience and earned his CPA certification in 2010; Jeff Schommer was promoted and has taken an ownership interest in the firm. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration from Lakeland College. Batley CPA has offices in Green Bay, Appleton and Neenah, and has provided tax, accounting and financial management services to businesses and individuals since 2003.

APPLETON - Dr. Carrie Beth Chapman recently joined the staff of Appleton Cardiology, part of ThedaCare, along with Appleton Heart Institute. Chapman earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and completed her medical residency and cardiology fellowship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. Appleton Cardiology Associates joined ThedaCare previously this year and consists of 17 physicians specializing in the treatment of cardiovascular disease.

OSHKOSH - Rebecca Westphal and Heather Saladin have joined the law firm of Steinhilber, Swanson, Mares, Marone & McDermott. Westphal was named business manager. Westphal before worked for Fox Cities Construction and Clifton Gunderson LLP. She is a graduate of Carthage College and has a bachelor of arts degrees in accounting and business administration. Saladin joins as an assistant to attorney Paul Swanson, specializing in corporate and consumer bankruptcy. She most recently worked for the Sorenson Law Office in Ripon. Saladin has more than seven years of experience. Saladin is a graduate of Carol University with a bachelor of arts degree in English

GREENFIELD - Bridget Condon was named business development officer for the Greenfield office of Community Bank & Trust. Condon has more than eight years of experience in the financial services industry and is pursuing an associate's degree in accounting at Milwaukee Area Technical College. Community Bank & Trust has operated since 1989 and has assets of more than $500 million with 11 offices throughout Calumet, Outagamie, Sheboygan and Milwaukee counties.

DENMARK - David Kappelman was named vice president of agribusiness lending at Denmark Agricultural Credit Corp. He replaces Jack Olsen as president and chief executive officer of DACC, the agricultural lending subsidiary of Denmark Bancshares Inc. Kappelman has 29 years of agricultural lending experience, spending a majority of that time with Premier Community Bank in Marion. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an agricultural economics degree and attended the Graduate School of Banking in Madison. Denmark Bancshares is based in Denmark with total assets of $410 million.
