"Zayo's metro fiber-based infrastructure expands 360networks' local reach into strategic markets and thousands of on-net buildings," said Rob Frasene, president for 360networks. "The relationship speeds delivery of our Private Line, Layer 2 Ethernet and IP Transit services, and provides our clients with a method to access our wholly owned network and straightway generation services platform."

The agreement forms a long-term relationship between Zayo and 360networks that builds over time, with an option to extend.
