ZCorum Adds VoIP Diagnostics to TechVizion Mobile App
According to Scott Helms, Vice President of Research at ZCorum, if a customer has voice service with the provider, the technician can simply touch the voice tab in the app to display information just as the line status, battery state and charge, as so then as call quality metrics for the last ten calls—including MOS scores and any delayed, lost or discarded packets. “Our clients already love that they can query any device from any location, right on their smartphone or tablet, and suddenly view current and historical RF stats. Now, with one tap they can as well view VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) diagnostics that are critical in troubleshooting voice calls when in the field.” Helms says TechVizion is compatible with Android phones and tablets, as then as the iPhone and iPad.
