» Horseheads resident Ed Bond has compiled a 2-hour DVD about canine distemper, based on a lecture given by Dr. Alson Sears. The DVD is being sold as part of a fundraising effort by Kind Hearts In Action, a charity which supports Sears' treatments and technology into canine distemper. Bond is the canine distemper project director for Kind Hearts In Action.
