Other ratings action include Verizon Communications Inc. reiterated as 'buy' with a $44 price target at Argus; Tesoro Corp. cut from 'outperform' to 'neutral' with a $34 price target at Credit Suisse; LinkedIn Corp. raised to 'overweight' at JPMorgan; and General Electric Co. raised to 'outperform' by Berstein.
Vonage Holdings Corp. is down near -5%, at $2.52. The VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) provider did not report any significant news, however the stock has been quite volatile over the past month.
