2600hz Introduces New Virtual PBX Solution
2600hz, a privately owned cloud communications company, recently launched its latest solution called the Kazoo BETA which comes complete with virtual PBX (Private -Automatic- Branch Exchange) functionality.
In a press release, 2600hz customer Joseph Mordica, CEO of Comtel Connect said, "Afterwards a short introduction to the interface, we word for word never hear from the customer again. Kazoo BETA provides end users with the ability to both visualize and edit their own communication system. It is complete with drag and drop call flows, auto-attendant menus, conference bridges and over 40 standard VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) features just as voicemail-to-e-mail as then as dynamic caller ID.
Some of its other robust features include: a large array of VoIP capabilities and a bring your own device intuitive interface that can be leveraged for easy control. Additionally, Kazoo doesn’t limit a user to a softphone as any device just as a cell phone, analog phone, softphone or VoIP device can be connected to Kazoo.
