ADTRAN Connects Patients and Providers for Pro-Care Home Health

Looking for the ability to create a centralized phone system for its five Pro-Care Home Health offices and the offices of its sister company, King Health Care, the company turned to ADTRAN for its ability to provide multiple data and voice functions all from an affordable single platform. Using the NetVanta 7100, the company is more efficient in its customer scheduling and has reduced interoffice communication costs by fifty percent.

Pro-Care Home Health needed a new communication system that gave them the ability to perform centralized scheduling from one main call intake location. The NetVanta 7100 supports a multi-site SIP network that allows Pro-Care Home Health to link remote offices at the same time and provide direct dial access between their sites. The NetVanta 7100 as well enables employees to transfer their phone number to whatever remote location they are working at for the day making it easier for clients to reach their health care provider.
