In the survey, conducted by Enterprise Innovation Group in the Fall of 2011, clients gave consistently high ratings to all aspects of Apptix’s VoIP service, including reliability, performance, quality, flexibility, and value. The survey respondents gave their overall Apptix experience a 92% positive rating.
