
ASU experiencing phone service interruptions
From an Albany State University press release:Albany State University is currently experiencing temporary interruptions to telephone services in some offices due to a change in communication systems.
Virginia Stewart, vice president for Information Research at ASU said she expects service to be returned to normal by the close of business today in most cases.
"For offices that have experienced interruptions to service prior to today's conversion to Voice over Internet Protocol conversion, we hope to have those issues resolved by the close of business Wednesday, Dec. 14," Stewart said. "We are asking callers to please telephone our Research Help Desk at 229.430.4909 if you are unable to reach your party."
