AudioCodes Completes Call Recording Qualification Testing

AudioCodes, a leading provider of Voice over IP technologies and Voice Network products, today announced it has passed all testing requirements and is now the first qualified call recording solution for Microsoft Lync 2010.

SmartTAP for Microsoft Lync 2010 is a security-enhanced call recording solution that enables the recording of key business interactions, with Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Office Communications Server R2. Leveraging years of experience in developing call recording solutions, SmartTAP is built on research that can be easily configured using an intuitive web-based interface. This helps simplify system deployments and reduce the need for support. SmartTAP is compatible with VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), TDM, and hybrid telephony environments.
