
AVAD Technologies Enhances Hosted Call Center Solution with Improved Predictive Dialer
AVAD Technologies, a provider of hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone services to small and medium-sized businesses, has just unveiled enhancements to its hosted call center solution portfolio with a reporting functionality being implemented directly into the company’s predictive dialer platform, as then as an innovative Web portal interface.
The redesigned Web interface allows agents to more efficiently handle calls and improves a supervisor’s ability to monitor agent activity which can lead to much greater customer satisfaction, according to company officials.
