Avtex Named 2011 Tekne Award Finalist

Avtex, a provider of customer experience optimization solutions, recently transformed its organization by merging with two other Minnesota-based innovation leaders, Inetium and Convergent. The rebranded company expanded its portfolio of communication and collaboration innovation solutions by aligning with a core mission of optimizing each point of interaction with the customer. Avtex offers integrated IT products and services for contact centers, unified communications, CRM, portals, collaboration, notifications and infrastructure.
