Brennan IT selects Equinix as data centre partner

As part of the growth of its cloud and managed services business, Australian managed services company, Brennan IT, has selected data centre services company, Equinix, for the ongoing expansion of its cloud infrastructure and services platform.

According to Stevens, demand for Brennan IT's cloud and Infrastructure-as-a-Service platforms continued to be strong, and for the FY 10/11 infrastructure revenue grew by 101 per cent and the company was "on track to deliver similar levels of growth this FY," with Q2 2012 the company's "strongest sales quarter on record," up 15 per cent on the previous best quarter.

Equinox Australia managing director, Tony Simonise, said Equinox's global platform of International Business Exchanges provided an "ideal launching pad for their domestic and international success."
