Nice security suite especially since it is free
Comodo Internet Security is a nice security suite especially since it is free. They offer a lot of nice features normally only found in paid-for software. They are a great company for offering the things they do for everyone. So there for I like to support them in any case I can. I recommend the paid-for version to my clients that can afford it, and the free version to the ones that can't. I try to make sure I participate in the collection of data, so that they can furthermore develop their software. The only issue I have with Comodo is the strength of it's anti-virus. I haven't concluded testing but, nevertheless it seems that if your system is clean that Comodo will keep it clean, yet if you are installing Comodo into an infected system, at the time most likely you will need to use something else to get rid of the viruses and other malware that Comodo isn't able to disinfect. Comodo does seem to detect most otherwise all of the viruses that infect a system, so it would be great if they were able to develop Comodo to be stronger at being able to rid them out of your system. This should not discourage you from installing Comodo on your system although, because as I said, just make sure that you install it on a clean system - and you'll be fine...
Note the many negative comments about uninstalling. I used the 3rd party TuneUp Utilities to uninstall, which succeeded on its first try. Although I have a robust dual core processor and 4gb of ram running 64-bit Windows 7, processes were noticeably slower than earlier installation. If you're a Linux type who loves 4 hours of input for <1 second return, this might be for you. If you want the program to do its work so you can do something aside from this tweak and respond to it every 5 minutes, go with Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials.
I am using Comodo internet security along with Avira internet security 2012 in Window 7. Never thought one can use 2 antivirus in a single OS. Now i have 2 internet security in my system and can use both at same time which is giving me dual protection. Tried to use comodo with webroot complete 2012 and it was success. No problem both run so then again.
Best to to use along with any of your existing antivirus or internet security and as well can be use alone. It is free as well.
