CounterPath to List on NASDAQ

VANCOUVER, June 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - CounterPath Corporation, an award-winning provider of desktop and mobile VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) software products and solutions, today announced that its common stock will commence trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on July 11, 2012. The stock will continue to trade pursuant to this agreement the symbol "CPAH" on the NASDAQ Capital Market and in accordance with the symbol "CCV" on the TSX Venture Exchange.
