CSC Leverages Cisco Technology to Launch UCCcaaS in Canada

Falls Church, VA-based innovation solutions provider CSC has teamed up with Cisco to introduce its Unified Communications as a Service offering in the Canadian market. The collaboration is aimed at providing their Canadian customers with world-class collaboration services suited to meet changing needs in the workplace.

The latest addition to its unified communications and collaboration solutions suite, UCaaS is based on Cisco’s Hosted Collaboration Solution and developed in close collaboration with Cisco. With UCaaS, CSC continues its commitment to provide world-class telephony and integration solutions to its customers – across industry verticals.

Complemented by CSC’s multi-platform integration, the UCaaS solution introduces a utility-based, per-user pricing model for the companies with tight capital-expenditure budget. The solution allows the companies consume a full range of telephony, voicemail, conferencing and unified messaging technologies at an affordable price. The solution will give the customers communication and collaboration flexibility as their businesses evolve.

According to a press release, CSC is providing this newly launched managed service to customers globally via its unified communications service center. Based on its flexible service delivery model, CSC UCaaS solution is offered in three versions: customer premises-based, CSC-hosted and hybrid deployments. Clients can opt for CSC-provided hardware and software or use their own equipment.
