EarthLink Names Cloud Solutions Industry Expert as EVP IT Services

 EarthLink, Inc., a leading IT services and communications provider, today announced that Michael Toplisek has joined the company as Executive Vice President of IT Services. Toplisek brings experience in successfully launching a high-growth IT Services product strategy, most recently as President of Concentric Cloud Solutions, a XO Communications Company. 

Toplisek is overseeing IT Services product development, management and marketing for EarthLink's growing IT Services business which includes virtualization, managed security, application services, managed support and data center services. He reports to EarthLink Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Rolla P. Huff.  Brian Fink, who has served as acting leader of EarthLink's IT Services initiatives, continues in his role as Chief Innovation Officer.

"Michael has an impressive track record leading product marketing strategies for innovation companies and has driven demand for IT Services at the enterprise level. Toplisek has more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in IT Infrastructure and the communications industry. To boot to launching a new Cloud Solutions business for XO Communications, Toplisek before served as the company's Chief Marketing Officer where he developed, implemented and helped execute a growth strategy for the Business Service division.
