P&G's products today reach two-thirds of the world's population. But to boot to P&G's current mass footprint, Healey and Passerini as well want to reach P&G's clients on a 1-to-1 basis. Such intimacy is an ambitious goal for P&G. However it is possible, Healey and Passerini say, in the era of fast networks and powerful analytics.
