How to get rid of annoying third-party cell phone charges
So you licked the problem of getting third-party cramming charges on your landline telephone line by getting a third-party bill block service. Now these annoying charges for services you never ordered are showing up on your cell phone bill, too.
Rockefeller, who chairs the Senate Commerce Committee, has introduced the Fair Telephone Billing Act of 2012. His bill bans third-party charges for wireless clients, too.
