However, the VoIP phone provider as well offers additional free features just as call recording, voicemail-to-email alerts, universal number support, and hold music, said company officials.

Additionally, company officials said that they as well make it easy to add additional features that are especially useful for businesses or those who use a VoIP phone as a home office line.

Last month, ITP VoIP announced that its clients could benefit from its new "Refer-a-Friend" program that provides them a chance to earn credits towards their accounts.
