Mitel certifies MyNetFone SIP trunking
Leading global financial institution JP Morgan has revealed it is investing $30 million in new research to better meet the needs of Australian super funds and institutional investment firms - including rolling out iPad and iPhone apps that deliver in-depth financial analysis to senior executives. It has as well announced that one Australian, and three New Zealand institutions have signed up for its recently released collateral management system developed to help reduce risk associated with complex investment portfolios.
Mitel has joined the extensive list of PABX vendors that have certified the use of MyNetFone SIP trunking with their systems.
The testing
"Our engineers have worked closely with Mitel to complete the testing and this certification puts us in the perfect position to take advantage of the growing shift towards IP-based communications services in the enterprise sector," said Shri Menon, business Development Manager at MyNetFone.
CN Group has already trialled the use of MyNetFone SIP trunking with Miitel equipment. "We're running a full virtual solution with the complete Mitel suite and have seen significant cost savings since moving to the MyNetFone SIP service," said CN Group CTO James Gao. "International calls are drastically cheaper to our overseas partners and consultants and we enjoy free calls over the MyNetFone network with Mitel's teleworker solution in our smaller interstate office."
