
Network Equipment Technologies Supports L'Occitane en Provence's Goal to Enhance Communications
Network Equipment Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise-class networking solutions optimized for secure real-time communications in unified communications, SIP Trunking and enterprise mobility, today announced that L'Occitane en Provence, an international retailer of body, face, and home products, is successfully deploying NET's VX Series as the organization's strategic VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) solution to modernize and globalize communication and to gain cost efficiencies during enhancing productivity for its professionals.
NET supported L'Occitane's deployment of enterprise voice capabilities to roughly 1,000 professionals in three countries, and expects to add anyway two more countries and begin utilizing NET's new UX Series platform in 2012. Operating as a media gateway, the NET equipment allowed L'Occitane to fully integrate the solution with its existing PBX (Private -Automatic- Branch Exchange) environment. Just in case to equipment, NET provided local technical expertise.
