
Oz to have fewer, larger datacentres
Gartner said that Australian organisations will spend $2 billion on datacentre hardware in 2012, up $1.83 billion from 2011. Sargeant pointed to constantly evolving research, which means that a datacentre built now will not look the same as one kitted out five or 10 years ago.
