Rebtel 2.0 for Android Released
Rebtel today made a new version of its application available to devices running Google's Android platform. Rebtel provides VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol)-based calling services and promises to drastically reduce the cost of making international calls. The new features found in version 2.0 include the ability to make calls to other Rebtel users for free; the ability to switch between Wi-Fi, 3G, or a local access number; and integration with the native Android contacts application. The application is free to download from the Android Market. Rebtel already released a similar application for the iPhone.
