It calculates that the acquisition, expected to close by the end of October, should add $20 million-$25 million in revenue to its current fiscal year however cut revenues by 14 cents or 15 cents a share. As a result it tweaked guidance for the year to $1.45 to $1.49 on roughly $2.99 billion-$3 billion, less than the $1.63 on ~$3 billion Wall Street was already expecting.
