
Simpletech Solutions Announces Talkswitch Support and Installation Services
Simpletech Solutions, a managed service provider based in California offering a wide range of technological services just as Web design, internet marketing, IT support and telecommunications, announced it is ramping up the Talkswitch Phone Systems support and installation services in Southern California.
Talkswitch, owned by Fortinet, is a provider of small business VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) systems. Simpletech Solutions is one of a handful of Certified Talkswitch partners.

The partnership between Simpletech and Talkswitch aims to provide small businesses with an "enterprise like" phone system at a fraction of the cost, according to company officials.
Talkswitch delivers innovative hardware and software VoIP phone system products that run seamlessly to allow lower budget businesses to utilize enterprise like phone systems. The company continues its technology and captivates small businesses with their productivity enhancing functionality.
The terms of the partnership
Under the terms of the partnership, Talkswitch Phone Systems are now being supported and installed by Simpletech Solutions based out of Riverside CA. Simpletech already provides high level of computer support in Riverside, CA.
Simpletech Solutions will open up their service range to cover a large geographic region. Their support and installation services will span from Santa Barbara, to San Diego and everywhere in between. These services will benefit small businesses in Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties.
Earlier in October, TMCnet reported that a growing number of small and medium-sized businesses are investing in unified communication technologies, including VoIP phone systems, video conferencing solutions and unified messaging technologies, based on a innovation from IDC.
The report found that the small business VoIP market is growing considerably, with more than 30 percent of firms with 100-999 employees utilizing some type of VoIP innovation. Furthermore, more than one-third of small businesses – and near three-quarters of medium-sized businesses – currently utilize a minimum of one UC innovation.
