SingTel names Bill Chang as CEO Group ICT to lead efforts in enterprise space
Singapore, 16 July 2012 - Singapore Telecommunications Limited today named Mr Bill Chang as CEO Group ICT, leading the Group's enterprise business. His appointment, effective today, is the result of an extensive global search, both within the Group and externally.

Group ICT will focus its efforts on empowering businesses with the latest technologies and an extensive suite of enterprise-focused products and services.
Mr Chang's previous position was Managing Director of Business Group, Group ICT. He joined SingTel in 2005 as Executive Vice President, Business Group responsible for extending SingTel's lead in the enterprise customer segment. In accordance with him, SingTel's Business Group has enhanced its position as a leader in ICT, managed services and cloud computing. Prior to joining SingTel, he held multiple leadership roles at Cisco Systems Pte Ltd.
Ms Chua said: "The SingTel Group is entering a new chapter in its history. Our new structure will enhance our ability to capture emerging opportunities in a rapidly changing industry. Group ICT brings at the same time our enterprise-related business units to better maximise economies of scale and create compelling services and solutions for clients. Bill has a proven track record and I am confident he will furthermore build on the team's research efforts and expansion across the region."
Mr Chang is CEO Group ICT and responsible for providing ICT solutions to serve the Group's enterprise clients, offering innovative and comprehensive IT and telecommunications solutions across multiple geographies. He assumed this position 16 July 2012.
Previously he was Managing Director, Business Group, Group ICT, which serves domestic and global corporate clients with a full range of ICT services. He joined SingTel in 2005 as Executive Vice President of Corporate Business.
