SKyPRO Now Integrates Skype With Novell GroupWise
SKyPRO today announces that GWTalk, their enterprise multichannel communications tool for GroupWise, integrates Skype call history and chat messages with GroupWise.
The user's Skype account
GWTalk logs into the user's Skype account, enabling both audio calls and instant messaging through the GWTalk interface. Skype call history and instant messaging sessions are saved within a folder in the GroupWise user's Mailbox. This integration as well allows all Skype activity to be viewed in the GroupWise contact history as then.
"Skype has become a critical communication tool for organizations and individuals around the world," says Richard Bliss, GroupWise veteran. "Having the ability to save and track calls and instant messaging sessions within GroupWise allows GroupWise to become a communication hub for near all online communication."
In addition to Skype, GWtalk integrates any SIP compatible VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) system and multiple IM services into GroupWise. SKyPRO as well has solutions that integrate both enterprise fax and text messaging into GroupWise.
SKyPRO is a 23 year old unified communications company based in Switzerland. SKyPRO has offices in Switzerland, the United States and Eastern Europe.
