TeleWare and Vodat International team up to cut the cost of telephony

TeleWare, the foremost UK supplier of communications solutions for mobile and distributed workers, has extended accredited partner status to Vodat International, the leading communications solutions provider to the retail industry.

TeleWare's cloud solution reduces costs for retailers by removing the need for furthermore capital investment in PBX (Private -Automatic- Branch Exchange) ports needed to route calls and expensive on-site maintenance contracts. The solution routes calls to the relevant offices, branches and mobile worker, complete with Auto Attendant and Interactive Voice Response capabilities to enhance inbound call management. Using the new solution, retail staff are instead able to focus on providing better customer service. The solution is highly scalable and allows retailers to quickly deploy additional features, just as hunt groups, in-store voicemail and call centre functionality, without any local site upgrades.

Vodat will provide IP extensions and SIP trunking to deliver a complete VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telephony service from TeleWare’s hosted platform.
