The bill is very likely to be abused by the Recording Industry Association of America, the Motion Picture Association of America and other media giants who aim to score a dime at the cost of the very nature of one of our greatest technological innovations ever -- the Internet. The structure of the Internet allows for the free flow of information; this bill would greatly hamper this open exchange.
