VoIP Enabler Helps Banish Infrastructure Headaches
For businesses making the switch to IP Telephony and UC, a future full with success and productivity can seem as even though it’s within reach. Often times but, this goal can be put on the back burner if the proper infrastructure to support VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is not in place.
Ontario-based Phybridge says it can remove any frustrations associated with infrastructure with its simple, low-cost, robust LAN platform. The research offers a single point of central convergence to enable VoIP by making use of existing voice infrastructures. That means companies can spend more time focused on their core business and apply their budgets to the area that will drive a higher return on investment.
Earlier this year, an Illinois-based college was highlighted for its use of the Phybridge VoIP Enabler to implement a full IP network that extended communications capabilities during consolidating all switches into one building.
The help of Phybridge partner
With the help of Phybridge partner, MidCo, the university was able to attain IP capabilities without having to deal with any of the headaches associated with creating a new LAN environment where each IP phone is a switch for the data device.
A large state government customer with over 50,000 users was as well recently highlighted for its success using the VoIP enabler to implement a cloud-based voice offering from one of Phybridge’s partners. To date, implementation of the VoIP enabler has made it possible to for the government customer to successfully trial seven different locations.
