A recent survey conducted by WhichVoIP, which provides information on different communications services including Voice over Internet Protocol, virtual PBX (Private -Automatic- Branch Exchange) and more, furthermore confirms the already established fact that VoIP services are becoming more widely implemented among business clients.

Typically, with a VoIP system in place, a business can make 75 percent of all international calls over the Internet.

According to near 80 percent of those surveyed, the price of VoIP services has drawn them to furthermore analyze the service, during 60 percent of respondents said they are impressed by the value added features offered at no extra charge.Knowledge of the sales staff and friendliness of salesperson were as well cited as the favorite reasons for migrating to VoIP offerings.

In addition, the survey findings indicate that VoIP or virtual PBX vendors should be prepared with better selling points that can be shared with potential clients who are for all that skeptical about VoIP and its many useful features, WhichVoIP added.

"This is real data from clients telling us what they would like from providers –not only in terms of service, nevertheless also in terms of the sales process," said Mike Bragg, CFO of WhichVoIP, in a statement. "Business VoIP service providers who seek business clients can benefit greatly from the information our survey revealed."
