
Windesheim University of Applied Sciences Deploys AltiGen's MaxACD Contact Center

In 2012, Windesheim University began their deployment of Microsoft Lync Server 2010. As part of their Lync deployment, the university recognized that they would need to implement a new contact center that would complement the company's Microsoft innovation investment. Three departments with a total of 41 employees and 3 departmental heads make use of AltiGens Contact Center functionality.
