Crown Equity Holdings Inc. Announces It Has Abandoned Letter of Intent With AVIX Technologies

Crown Equity Holdings, Inc. www.crownequityholdings.com announced today that effective right away, its subsidiary Crown Tele Services Inc. has abandoned its the letter of Intent earlier entered into in November of 2011 which sets forth terms by which AVIX Technologies, Inc. would acquire an exclusive licensing agreement for Canada and a non-exclusive global licensing agreement in the hospitality, foodservice and tourism industries for telecommunications including VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telecom innovation systems for residential and commercial services, calling card and cellular phone applications.
