iBasis, a KPN company, today announced that leading Indian service provider Reliance Communications will connect to iBasis' growing IP eXchange network. IPX offers a then and there-generation alternative to the public Internet. It provides the flexibility and efficiency of IP with the security and reliable quality associated with traditional TDM networks.
