Netmania IT and Connectplay Team Up to Deliver ACSLite into New Zealand

A new partnership deal has just been announced, confirming that Connectplay will be delivering Netmania IT's low cost, feature rich Auto Configuration Server into New Zealand's broadband market.

Connectplay was established in 2002 to provide technical support services for the Alcatel NZ / Telecom NZ broadband initiative, the company now specialises in the supply and support of high quality broadband Customer Premise Equipment.

Netmania IT has subsequently been heavily involved in the Broadband Forum's TR-069 CPE WAN Management Protocol over the years and has built up a vast amount of knowledge and experience in TR-069 standards, including systems integration; zero-touch provisioning of value-added services; data collection and router diagnostics; integration into self-care portals; firmware upgrades and compliance testing.

Today Connectplay distributes and supports Thomson / Technicolor residential broadband access products and OneAccess Network enterprise level VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), DSL and Fibre access products.

Working closely with Telecom wholesale providers, ISPs and integrators, Connectplay has developed a library of process and reference guides for the provisioning and deployment of Wholesale Broadband Services to "take the pain away" by reducing CPE deployment and support costs and providing real reductions to "whole of life" project costs.
