TIE now operates the telecommunication industry’s first hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) network Closed Loop Communication Network™ for large national companies. This product has dramatically increased communication capabilities of TIE’s customers to their clients. Additionally, TIE is providing significant ROI on infrastructure investment and has lowered monthly operating costs for the enterprise-wide communication functions of its clients. DSI’s efforts will accelerate TIE’s penetration of the market.
DSI will as well work to develop opportunities for TIE’s new offering, CareConnect™, the award winning communications solution for the senior living industry. CareConnect™ provides senior living communities with campus-wide, state-of-the-art communications technologies at no capital cost during providing their residents better Phone, Internet and TV services at lower monthly rates than they are currently paying. TIE will be offering CareConnect™ pursuant to this agreement its new Master Sales Agency agreement with ESCO Technologies, LLC.
