VFX is on the way to big profits
these are huge numbers. 17.7million minutes a month X a gross margin of .01 = 177K per month in additional gross margin. Adds up to $531K per qtr. Should boost qtrly eps to .024 or ~.10 fwd annualized eps. It will take some time for these new numbers to show up in the financials since they just started billing in May however over time VFX should move up dramatically. Their gross costs are around .025/minute and the average cost in the VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) industry is .06. Selling to big clients at around .035 should yield a nice gross margin of .01. This 17.7 million minutes /month is just from a couple of clients that responded quickly to the sales pitch. More are going to take advantage of the cost savings. Imagine if you are a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) provider and you're paying .06. What would you do if someone offers you .04 or less???? and has a major Canadian telecom providing the service?
