Voip-Pal.Com Inc. is pleased to announce that afterwards identifying an internal issue, the Company has re-launched its retail web-site www.pointsphone.com and will in the near future resume taking orders for its low cost VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services. A special Board of Directors Resolution has been passed to dismiss Brent Russell with cause and to relieve him of his duties and responsibilities as a Director of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol)-Pal in accordance with the jurisdiction of Nevada State Law.
